I can't get enough of these for breakfast. Try some and you will definitely love them too :)
Banana Pancakes
For 4 medium-size pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour, sifted
- 1 tsp. baking powder, sifted
- ¾ cup evaporated milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- Pinch of salt
- Sugar, to taste
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 banana, thinly sliced
Method:
1. Combine flour, baking powder, butter, eggs and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
2. Add milk and mix to combine. Taste with sugar.
3. Heat a small-size saucepan and pour some batter using a big spoon and make a round shape.
4. Arrange banana slices on the pancakes and flip up until each sides has browned. Remove from heat and serve with condensed milk/honey/butter/maple syrup (Pillsburry).
In Malay
Bahan-bahan:
- 1 cawan tepung gandum (ayak dulu)
- 1 sk baking powder
- ¾ cawan susu cair
- 2 biji telur. dipukul sedikit
- secubit garam
- Gula secukup rasa
- 1 sb mentega(cairkan dulu atas api)
- 1 biji pisang (hiris nipis) *pisang berangan best kot
Cara-cara:
1. Satukan tepung, baking powder, mentega, telur dan garam dalam bekas. Gaul sebati guna senduk.
2. masukkan susu cair dan gaul lagi. perasakan dengan gula dan gaul lagi.
3. panaskan small-size saucepan (tak perlu letak minyak). Tuang sedikit adunan guna senduk/sudu dan buat bentuk bulat.
4. susun hirisan pisang atas pancake dan terbalikkan sehingga dua belah jadi warna perang. Angkat dan hidang dengan susu pekat/madu/butter/maple syrup(Pillsburry).
